DUBLIN, Ireland - A late Monday night drug search in the Irish capital has resulted in a large seizure and an arrest.
As part of Operation Tara €130,000 worth of drugs and €39,000 in cash were seized during a search in Dublin 8.
The search was carried out at approximately 11:30pm Monday night .by officers attached to Tallaght Divisional Detective Unit and the District Drugs Unit.
The raid was of a home in the Christchurch area, in Dublin 8.
During the course of the search, 800g of suspected Diamorphine with an estimated value of €113,000 and 250g of suspected cocaine with an estimated value of €17,500 was seized alongside €39,000 cash.
All of the suspected drugs have been sent to Forensic Science Ireland (FSI) for analysis.
A woman aged in her early 50s was arrested at the scene and taken to Tallaght Garda Station where she remains detained.
The woman was charged ahead of a scheduled appearance before Tallaght District Court on Tuesday.
